The blogger "Old Fashioned Girl", whose blog "Another Country" is included in my blog list, has been kind enough to comment with interest on my postings about schoolgirls wearing stockings.
This inspired me to post a bit more about my memories and knowledge. When I was in secondary school (High School as we said in Scotland - just like America) in the late 1960s tights were definitely replacing stockings among the older girls (only the girls under age 14 were wearing white knee socks: that was a pity of course as upskirt peeks where a girl was wearing knee socks gave unobscured views of knickers!)
Some girls were, however, still wearing stockings and suspenders. I have especially happy memories of an art class where we sat around at desks formed in an open square. Unlike the normal school desks, these art desks had high stools and a bar at the front of the desk on which feet could rest comfortably. There was no panel on the front of the desk and if was not very careful to keep her knees together then excellent upskirt views could be provided. Two girls who often sat opposite me, Eileen S. and Rosaline M., were stockings wearers and I enjoyed many well remembered views of their underwear.
These girls did not wear regulation school knickers; Eileen usually had red panties and a red suspender belt while Rosaline was often wearing an ivory coloured slip, with matching panties and suspenders. As you understand I carried memories of those views home after school and used them to fuel my wanking.
